Generous holiday entitlement
The nursery staff holiday entitlement is very generous. It offers several more days of holiday than the industry standard.
Sick pay entitlement
Just like our holiday entitlement Smarties Nursery supports its staff beyond the industry standard. The nursery will support you if you are ill through a sick pay entitlement, as well as sick pay if your child is ill.
Discounted Child Care
As a member of staff, you will receive a heavily discounted place for your child/ren at Smarties Nursery.
Loyalty Bonus Scheme
We pay our staff a cash bonus every year of £125 who complete a full year of contracted work, demonstrate a strong attendance record and receive a positive performance review
Long Service Bonus Scheme

Recognition
To recognise and reward the great staff we have at Smarties, we reward employees through a monthly ‘Team Member of the Month Award’. Every month staff will receive a £25 shopping voucher when they receive a recommendation from a parent and/or the Nursery Manager.
Referral Scheme
Smarties is a great place to work! Smarties staff earn a £125 reward when they refer a new member of staff to work at the nursery.
